Services,  FARM & CALF REARING 

Malpass Services is based on a small working farm near Rugby. As well as a small horse livery, we also rear calves. 

 

This involves taking young female animals and housing them in our hygienic barns, hand-feeding them until they are ready to be weaned. Once they're weaned they spend some time outside (weather permitting) until they are ready to go to market for beef. 

 

It's a very labour intensive process, but one that Stuart really enjoys. 

 

The farm also has sheep and occasionally pigs.
